Alaska Northbound Glacier

ITINERARY:

Day 1: Vancouver, British Columbia – Departure at 5:00 PM

Your Alaskan adventure begins in the cosmopolitan city of Vancouver. After boarding the Celebrity Summit at Canada Place Cruise Terminal, take some time to explore the ship’s upscale amenities—rooftop terrace, spa, specialty dining restaurants, and the elegant Solarium.

As the ship sets sail through Burrard Inlet, you'll pass beneath the Lions Gate Bridge, offering beautiful views of Vancouver’s skyline backed by the Coast Mountains. Enjoy sail-away cocktails on deck and settle in for your northbound journey.

 

Day 2: Inside Passage – Scenic Cruising

Today you arrive in Juneau, Alaska’s remote and beautiful capital, accessible only by boat or plane. You’ll have plenty of time to explore this port thanks to an extended stay.

  • Mendenhall Glacier: Visit the iconic glacier just 12 miles from downtown; walk to Nugget Falls, or explore glacial lakes and ice caves.
