ITINERARY:

Day 1 : Arrival in Delhi – Explore New Delhi
Arrive in the capital city and check into your hotel. Spend the afternoon discovering New Delhi’s grand colonial architecture. Visit India Gate, Rashtrapati Bhavan, and the impressive Qutub Minar. Later, explore the serene Lotus Temple and stroll through the leafy boulevards of Lutyens’ Delhi. Enjoy a delicious North Indian dinner at a local restaurant like Gulati or Andhra Bhavan. Overnight stay in Delhi (2 nights).

Day 2 : Old Delhi Heritage Walk
Dive into the vibrant chaos of Old Delhi with a morning visit to Jama Masjid, one of India’s largest mosques. Ride a rickshaw through Chandni Chowk, sampling street food like jalebis and parathas. Visit the historic Red Fort and later the Raj Ghat, Mahatma Gandhi’s memorial. Spend your evening at Humayun’s Tomb as the sun sets over this UNESCO site. Overnight in Delhi.

 

Day 3 : Delhi to Agra
After breakfast, drive to Agra (235 km / ~4.5 hours). Upon arrival, check into your hotel and refresh. Head to the magnificent Agra Fort, a red sandstone marvel with Mughal palaces and mosques. Later, witness the ethereal beauty of the Taj Mahal at sunset from Mehtab Bagh, a garden across the Yamuna River. Enjoy Mughlai delicacies at Pinch of Spice or Joney’s Place. Overnight stay in Agra (1 night).

 

Day 4 : Agra to Jaipur via Fatehpur Sikri
Wake up early for a sunrise visit to the Taj Mahal, a truly unforgettable experience. After breakfast, drive to Jaipur (240 km / ~5 hours), stopping en route at Fatehpur Sikri, a deserted Mughal city with well-preserved palaces and mosques. Continue to the Pink City and check into your heritage hotel. Spend the evening exploring the lively bazaars of Jaipur. Overnight stay in Jaipur (3 nights).

 

Day 5 : Jaipur Sightseeing – Forts & Palaces
Begin your day at the majestic Amber Fort, where you can ascend via jeep or elephant and admire Sheesh Mahal and its mirrored walls. On your way back, stop for photos at Jal Mahal floating in the middle of Man Sagar Lake. Visit the ornate City Palace and the astronomical wonder of Jantar Mantar. Stop by Hawa Mahal, Jaipur’s iconic “Palace of Winds.” Dine on traditional Rajasthani fare at Handi or Chokhi Dhani.

 

Day 6 : Day Excursion to Nahargarh & Local Life
After a leisurely breakfast, head to Nahargarh Fort for panoramic views of Jaipur. Then enjoy an afternoon visiting artisan workshops for block printing, jewelry making, and pottery. Explore local life at Albert Hall Museum and Ram Niwas Garden. In the evening, sip masala chai with locals or take a food walk in the walled city, sampling ghewar, kachoris, and lassi. Overnight in Jaipur.

 

Day 7 : Jaipur to Delhi – Departure
After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your onward journey, carrying with you memories of India’s royal palaces, Mughal wonders, and rich cultural heritage.
