ITINERARY:

Day 01 : Arrival in Nairobi

Transfer to Amboseli National Park

Arrive at Nairobi’s Jomo Kenyatta International Airport and take a scenic drive to Amboseli National Park. Famous for its stunning views of Mount Kilimanjaro, Amboseli offers incredible wildlife experiences. Enjoy an afternoon game drive, spotting elephants, lions, and a variety of other animals. Stay overnight in a lodge with views of the majestic mountain.

Day 02 : Amboseli National Park

Spend the full day exploring Amboseli National Park, home to large elephant herds and diverse wildlife. Enjoy a morning and afternoon game drive, with the chance to photograph iconic wildlife against the backdrop of Mount Kilimanjaro. Optional visit to a Maasai village to learn about local traditions.

 

Day 03 : Drive to Lake Nakuru National Park

After breakfast, drive to Lake Nakuru National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site famous for its large flamingo populations and rhinos. Along the way, stop at the ‘Equator crossing’, an iconic experience for photos and learning about this geographical landmark. Arrive at Lake Nakuru and enjoy an afternoon game drive.

Day 04 : Lake Nakuru National Park

Spend the day exploring Lake Nakuru, known for its breathtaking birdlife and abundant wildlife, including white rhinos, giraffes, and buffaloes. Visit the park's picturesque viewpoints for panoramic views of the lake. In the late afternoon, enjoy another game drive or relax by your lodge overlooking the lake.

Day 05 : Drive to Maasai Mara National Reserve

After breakfast, embark on a scenic drive to Maasai Mara National Reserve, Kenya’s most famous safari destination. Arrive in time for an afternoon game drive, where you can begin your exploration of the park's rich wildlife, including lions, cheetahs, and elephants. In the evening, enjoy a traditional Maasai cultural performance at your camp. Stay in a luxury tented camp or lodge.

Day 06 : Maasai Mara National Reserve

Dedicate the full day to exploring Maasai Mara, home to the Great Migration (if visiting in season) and an incredible array of wildlife. Take early morning and late afternoon game drives, and if interested, you can opt for a hot air balloon safari for a bird’s eye view of the Mara plains.

 

Day 07 : Maasai Mara to Nairobi

Enjoy a final morning game drive in Maasai Mara before returning to Nairobi in the afternoon. Upon arrival, visit key attractions such as the Giraffe Centre or the David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust to interact with rescued elephants. Enjoy a farewell dinner in Nairobi before your flight home.
